These terms govern use of the public website at aletheiabibleapp.com. Use of the Aletheia Bible application is also subject to the license terms made available through Apple’s App Store, including Apple’s standard end-user license agreement unless another valid agreement is presented with the app.
Informational and research purpose
Aletheia Bible supports Scripture reading and research. Historical, geographic, chronology, genealogy, linguistic, and textual-comparison material is provided for informational and study purposes. It is not professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, or pastoral advice.
The project is designed to label sources, derivations, uncertainty, and unavailable evidence. Even with those safeguards, research content may contain errors or require revision as sources are audited.
Content and intellectual property
The Aletheia Bible name, visual design, original interface, original explanatory text, and original software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Scripture editions, historical works, maps, lexical resources, and other source materials retain their own rights, public-domain status, licenses, and attribution requirements.
Nothing on this website transfers ownership of third-party source material or grants permission beyond the rights provided by its applicable owner or license.
Acceptable use
You may view and link to these public pages for lawful personal or informational purposes. You may not interfere with website operation, probe or bypass security controls without authorization, misrepresent affiliation, use the site to distribute harmful material, or use Aletheia Bible branding in a way likely to create confusion about sponsorship or endorsement.
Good-faith security reports should be sent privately to support@aletheiabibleapp.com.
Availability and changes
The site and app may be changed, corrected, suspended, or discontinued. Features described before release may change during App Review or later development. The App Store product page and the installed app control the final availability of a released feature.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
